Merry Christmas Gaijin Developers

Despite the endless griping, clearly you lot are doing something right. I recently found out that most moderators are volunteers. Truly a thankless job, but thank you nonetheless from me.

The changes made this year are appreciated. Previously I would avoid some vehicles altogether due to repair costs, or it would be distracting when playing them and detracted from enjoyment. This is now a thing of the past and I can play whatever, whenever, without a care. I am now able to Expert crews.

The level of detail in the game never ceases to amaze me. I watch the detailed restoration videos on youtube from the Australian Armour & Artillery Museum and switch to the Warthunder hangar and marvel at the accuracy to the smallest detail between the real thing and the game models.

When the data mines are posted on Reddit, the number of parameters involved is extraordinary in an attempt to model so many aspects of vehicles, ammunition, the environment, etc.

Thanks for all the dopamine hits and the thrills of moments right up there with the Star Wars death star trench run. As someone who started with the Vic 20 computer I never dreamed we would have the capability we do today.

Merry Christmas to you all.

Ah yes… the good old Vic-20 days… The Vic-20 had more power than the Apollo computers… and these days, computer power is just insane to what we had back then ^^

Thank you! will pass it on!

Merry Christmas / Happy Holidays! o7
