Yes i know, it does need evidence… but as you say just for balancing it needs a nice armor buff cuz the merkava right now its at a point where a 8.0 tank can pen it frontally with ease, the thing we should do its finding evidence about the armor and use that to make a nice armor rework, thing we cant do cuz the idf and rafael when talking about techincal data thry are silent like rockstar with gta 6. In my personal opinion, you and the other guy are right, the evidence its necesary and im sorry for what i wrote before. Getting that apart, the big issue is that if we cant find a source and the tank its at that point i think at least we should get a minor armor buff just for balancing cuz its damn paper
One year later, still no buffs.
but hey we got leaks for potential BMPT for Russia, ya know? totally not like every update doesn’t just show the neglect for other minor nation buffs.
hell, they can fix the crew replenishment icon for the spyder but can’t fix the spyder, it’s hilarious how they tippy toe on any of these problems.
Its a namer so we cant rly tell but it does look like some kind of era
Bazooka plates
Those are the composite skirts
I knew there were several types of Merkaba skirts, but I wondered what this one was.
I can’t pen the side of a t90m with m338 while he goes clean through my ‘armour’
Supposedly ;)
And this is the problem I have with all minor nation MBT. You can just get left-clicked by shells that aren’t even good.
I mean i wasn’t in a favourable position (team folded, last stand really) but i would never have been hit if my 1700m/s tungsten rod didn’t decide to take the day off, unreal.
Plus where he shot should have been relatively diminished by the massive composite blocks lining the upper sides of the hull, they are like half a leo turret cheek thick…
Your showing your entire ass to him
Shouldn’t be surprising
He’s hull down.
Not if he gets shot in the hull he aint

Judging from the damaged module structure, it should be consistent with the armor module of the hull or turret (nxra/slera).
wow!?
So does this skirt have KE resistance too?
Amazing
Under the same structure, it is obvious that it has KE protection capability. As a heavy skirt plate, its thickness is also not low
It would be great if models like the Mk4-400 were improved.
