I noticed that if you want to change the FOV in the game, it doesn’t change until you restart the game. So at least it works this way.
Though aircraft periscopes are still nonfunctional with anything other than 0 value on the zoom.
PostFX sharpening no longer works. Big problem. Could be DX12 specific.

If you’re on socials, no matter if its the forum, reddit or whatever, always remember that that’s a very small minority. Most people don’t care enough to get on any of those.
It also means people usually don’t care enough about something minor like a statcard visual change to make a big deal out of it, especially not enough to quit the game over it.
Plus, people tend to use “YOU WILL LOSE PLAYERS OVER THIS” and “I WILL QUIT THE GAME IF THIS ISNT CHANGED” as empty threats towards the devs to get what they want and then keep playing anyway. a very small percentage of those will actually quit over that.
Like, even back when the review bombing happened there were groups of people telling others to not play for a couple days, and even those groups themselves still played several hours daily anyway. Go figure.
Wrong, it’s the large amounts of people saying this across multiple social and non social platforms including In Game Chat, Discord, etc…you have no idea what you’re talking about. I’ve already stopped playing the game and moved on and know hundreds more…remember it’s all about MONEY. Gaijin will feel the financial hit from this and then beg us to come back but it will be too late.
Right, I’m sure the new players buying top tier packs en masse are devastated about not showing off their medals like an off brand Korean general. The upset is quite silly really…

“Muh Stats” are what I use to movitate MYSELF, not you or anyone else. No one cares about others’ stats anyway, but if I want to see it in game, I should be able to.

It took me 12 years to achieve the look of a Korean General. Yes, I want to showcase my stats when players view my in-game profile. This accomplishment, built over 12 years, is something I’m proud of, so I definitely want to highlight it.
That’s why I’ve also set up my profile on the forums, complete with a bio and a poem I wrote at the beginning of the year
So i can fully understand people getting upset about it.

That is still a minor amount of people. Vocal people seem like they are many, but in reality the majority that doesn’t care doesn’t say anything about it. Like they don’t go out of their way to go on a plattform just to say that they’re fine with it either way.
Also, I personally haven’t seen it mentioned ingame yet, not even once.
if you stopped playing over something THIS minor, you probably weren’t someone spending money anyway, so Gaijin probably neither feels it nor do they care. a few hundred isn’t much. And I’d like some proof for those “hundreds” you know, because again, just because someone says they quit a game on some social plattform, doesn’t mean they actually quit. But everybody on the internet always tells the truth, right?

As someone checking some player stats here and there out of curiosity, I can assure you, I never gave those medals a single look, I always went straight to the vehicle tab, which is still up and funtional with the new player card.
You can be proud of your stuff for yourself, but do not think anyone else cares or looks at it. There is nothing to highlight.
Sorry but most do not agree with you, I’m afraid you are in the minority.

I’ve spent over $10k on this game, but nice try. It was a personal roadmap of vehicles and spades I’ve accumulated. I am an older guy interested in different things than a teenager who plays this game is. I also have ADHD and like to see even numbers and stats across my player card that I personally play and strive for. Who are you to tell anyone how and why they should be playing the game?
