Meet the Auction!

best argument; let them spend money to finance the game, im very grateful for players who spend real money, because it helps that the game will survive, or do we want that gj say sorry folks we dont get enough money to hold the game online

But then why not argue for a better solution?

Simply weekly offers of user made camouflages in a GE store would also get people to spend money, while also being much more player friendly.
That’s why many people here have brought in constructive criticisms and ideas to better implement their idea in a way that is less harmful to players.

One thing to remember is pressured players might spend money, but happy players are happy to spend money, which can keep the game alive much better.

It’s not that Gaijin shouldn’t get the profit they want, but that they should use a different method.

yes XD

you spend money on this game? why you are not satisfied? is it important for your gameplay the auction?

Gaijin has more than enough money to keep the game online and it’s not because “oh we need an auction house to finance the game”

Let’s take Warframe for example, which I would say is an example that Gaijin should follow when it comes to monetization, it is also completely F2P, has been up and running for over a decade, the creative director spoke in the last damn Game Awards to announce an update for the game.

If the game is good players will want to spend money on it, Warframe is a testament to that, and all of it without needing to bid on the “skin of the week” to give money to the devs, without $70 premium packs, without premium accounts and with a COMPLETELY FREE battle pass.

No, it doesn’t that’s called the marketplace.
Auctions just mean however is the highest bidder bets in money and if they leave they lose money.

The issue is that Gaijin is absolutely the type of company that would eventually put vehicles on the auction system. Remember, they once had it as their policy that they would never sell top tier premium vehicles and they now do. They will claim an 11.7 Clickbait isnt top tier but with the max BR for ground being 12.0 and everyone knowing that uptiers are a core staple of the game, you are 100% buying into top tier with a .3 difference. Theres just not enough goodwill behind their company for players to not make this assumption.

This is something that does not improve the community in any way, we are watching war thunder turn into CSGO.

I know we both agreed on that during previous chats on Discord Mokka. Also hi 0/

Notice how you guys didn’t mention about vehicles getting added here. Gee I wonder why, its like you’ll implement that “feature” in a later date…

This is a scummy idea, to think you guys would drop to WOT level of monetization is just plain sad. Instead why don’t you make the content creators/authors of these cosmetic items cost GE? Or add them at a set cost of GJN?

The fact you guys have not finished the roadmap, but used resources to develop this utter garbage. Have you guys forgotten this? Have you not learned?:

You have once again deeply disappointed me.

You know you’ve really messed up when TEC makes some solid arguments

indeed i really liked the point of content creators get the blow-back of unoptainable skins
so content creators also lose(unless they want to be recognized has greedy )

but the free Abrams guy shows being to close to gaijins values isn’t a good thing
