@Stona_WT There’s no confirmation so we can be more transparent:
The item may not reappear at auction or otherwise within 1 year. But it doesn’t add up or it’s unfair from an attractiveness point of view. In fact, the period will be 5 months if the start date is the same as the one that started the auction, when in fact the initial period should count when it becomes available to trade on the market.
Could you please explain the mechanics of the 1-year initial term?
It still awful regardless, gaijin has monetize enough to the point that they keep doing more and more, tell me how does these “auctions” benefit the players at all
It’s 70% for gaijin and 30% for the creator has can be found in the revenue Share program
But how I already have Said before given gaijin profits both from everyone bidding and coupon Sales
Even if 99% went to The creator gaijin would still be the main winner of this
I hope this fails spectacularly. This is a terrible decision by the devs, it is unfortunate, and really something that is not needed.
We already have $79.99 premiums, that are more expensive than brand new video games
Additionally, this is another thing console would miss out on, the market, mods, and now this awful idea.
Gaijin really likes to show us console users love. No sales, no access, no fairness
It’s actually hilarious and shame to argue by saying “focused to support community content creators” when they take already 70% of the sale revenue.
They do this to fill their own pockets and by offering 30% the dangle a carrot in front of artists so they create more stuff Gaijin will benefit most of.
This is NOT about supporting community creators, this is NOT about offering a possibility to bypass luck, this IS ONLY about milking the stupidity of people and therefore their wallets.
If they would like to eliminate luck and sincerely want to give more people the opportunity to buy skins and co., DON’T ARTIFICIALLY LIMIT THEM.
So uh, has the auction been cancelled yet? Surely when 99% of the community is against it you wouldn’t dare go through with it… right?? Please listen to your community gaijin, practically nobody wants this…
Well looking at the poll it’s 90% against and 2-3% in favor
But it seams the Point of this test Is to find out how much Profit they can make. Player opinion is secondary at Best (but I guess they are slightly interested in the Scale of the outcry)
This is not part of the roadmap. Gaijin!. Where in the heck did it state in the road map “Auction house”? It doesn’t exist. The Internet doesn’t forget. This is some non-sensical BS is what this is.
This falls under Hungarian law section 32(5), Act XXXIV of 1991. This only applies to 18-year-olds and this game is rated for 12-year-olds and up. Which means this violates Hungarian gambling law. As an auction house is practically gambling to hope you win. Which you’re not gonna cause it always goes to the highest bidder.
pretty sure cs go does not have an auction. and with EA and Ubisoft collapsing gaijin should really get the hint and we don’t even need to look that far just look at enlisted wouldn’t surprise me if a large portion of the warthunder revenue is used to keep the lights (and development) on enlisted and other gaijin projects
also war thunder naval
would atlest explain why war-thunder constantly needs new (terrible)monetizing methods
