Is it ruining the game? Apart from the Vidar I don’t see that many howitzers driving around and most of them require the same amount of (or even more) skill than most regular tanks.

I’ve been mostly playing 6.7 recently and encountered like one M109 and two 2S3Ms. I can’t remember dying to a howitzer myself.
Don’t worry. Problem is not with Voices – it’s with listening…

I mean, I’ll keep an eye on the scoreboards and see if what you are saying actually has some merit to it, but from my experience the howitzers aren’t a problem at all.
When I’m playing the Tiger II it’s the actual tank destroyers (SUs/ISUs and T95/T28) that tend to be a problem, but not the howitzers.
Howitzers acting as tanks is pretty desperate any way you look at it.Real WoT territory.

SPG aren’t as popular now, but they are certainly annoying.
And the thing i despise them for the most is the fact that they got just copypasted to every single tree that didn’t have them yet for absolutely 0 reason and despite the fact the country had it’s own domestic designs.
Even though i still hate it, i can understand copypasting M109 to nations lacking an SPH to add. But why did germany receive an M109? Why did Israel receive an M109? As israel does lack tanks, SPHs are one of the only think they DON’T lack. And they still got an M109… It just makes 0 sense

Namely, because they both operated the M109 and considering everyone else was getting their M109s, probably seemed like a good time to add them

Yeah the M109 getting copy pasted completely ruined the Kings of Battle update. Afaik all nations had their own contenders to be added, but only china got their own implemented

just because a said country operated something doesn’t mean it needs to get it, especially if there is a domestic alternative. M109 could be operated by germany, israel or whatever, but this is an American vehicle, not a german or Israeli one.
Why didn’t germany get Hummel or Wespe? Why didn’t Israel get like god knows how many prototype arties that were listed as potentential candidates in Sholef mk.1 thread?
This was just Gajin’s laziness. It’s esaier to copypaste a vehicle than add something unique
If a country can get an alternative vehicle of it’s own, just don’t add the copypaste version at all. It makes battles boring.
The more vehicles =/= the better

Yes it did. There are no BP air vehicles that weren’t couponed.
I wish the german trio would return, but that is the one thing that Gaijin seems the most adamant about. They dont want to bring them back, as they are unrealistic, yet they keep them ingame, despite being unrealistic
