Gaijin… Players, both paying and FTP, have requested in bulk over many years, that something be done about this ridiculous matchmaker. How many players have you lost because people are absolutely sick and tired of playing a game that could POTENTIALLY be a fantastic and fun game, only to be driven to madness by the constant losing runs due to the matchmaker loading teams so lop-sided that the outcome is decided well before the game even starts. Magnify this by adding uptiers and a significant amount of games are pointless even playing and over in a handful of minutes.
Personally, for what it’s worth, in my case I am going to make this about the only thing that you guys understand. MONEY. Having spent money over years past on Premium time (because the grind at FTP is way too slow), as well as a few other things, my wallet will remain firmly in my pocket and you won’t see another dime of my money until you guys get serious about providing more balanced matches, as well as fixing all the other issues that you continue to ignore, such as:
- The broken volumetric damage model
- Ghost shells
- Map design issues which are constantly highlighted
- CAS users getting free deaths in AGB leading to constant “lawn darting” without penalty in lives or RP costs to the CAS users
- Significant increase in cheaters/hackers (even at mid BRs and mostly with Chinese usernames) and the fact Gaijin do nothing but require players to do all their work for them. Reporting the cheats is pointless because it takes 5 minutes for them to create a new account. Getting hit by Chinese players from across the map at BR 4.0-5.0 at ranges WELL in excess of their guns’ targeting range from their very first shot. Usually without line of sight. Clearly using aimbots.
This sort of stuff is just breaking the game and from reading many other users’ comments, I’m not the only one who thinks so.
So please stop just rolling out cookie cutter new tank versions and make an effort to fix this stuff. We WANT to continue to enjoy the game but these issues are piling up as you keep ignoring them and I wouldn’t be surprised to see the point come where the community bands together and says “enough is enough”.
