Massive stuttering!

I had recently upgraded my system to 64gb of ram and done a fresh windows install along with DDU

System Specs:
Ryzen 9 5900x non oc
DDR4 64gb 3600mhz
Rtx 3090 non oc
1000 watt psu
1tb nvme 980 pro

I have watched my game as far as task manager etc and nothing in my system is causing issues, its the GAME. I have tried reinstalling it, verifying game files. everything, nothing has worked.

I even went as far as using ULQ and I stutter in the hanger, in game. Soon as I launch the game its fine before I login to the game, (login screen) after the login screen it starts to stutter, after I restart my computer its fine. Temps are fine in my system as well so no throttling at all, but I can play other games before a restart and I have no stuttering at all…

Beyond tired of dealing with this stuttering its been going on for the past two weeks.

Same here. Only thing that solves for a session is reinstalling my cpu/gpu drivers, but I’m not going to do that every time I want to play the game. I’m also amd hardware

bump, still happening… I hope this is fixed next update…

Something a few people have mentioned is that it’s not happening on fresh rebooted systems, or that it seems to be tied with uptime in some instances.

It is the Adrenalin software and Smart Access Memory that makes the game buggy. Uninstall and reinstall the driver only from the installation package directly from Amd Support page.
