Currently, there are people using at least ESP in every other match. Especially in the morning—I can barely keep up with reporting them—it’s noticeable that almost 100% of people use Asian characters. Things get better around lunchtime, and by the evening (in Germany), the percentage of cheat users drops to virtually zero.
I don’t understand why they haven’t finally established a system to prevent this. There are good concepts on the market for this. Experiencing constant pre-firing is frustrating in the long run. I also don’t understand why the community doesn’t address the issue more often and show solidarity. Without pressure to act, nothing will happen here.
I’m not talking about the hardcore aimbot cheaters who practically everyone notices, but rather the people who use ESP on the side and usually conceal it well, limit their kill count, and don’t kick the server. It becomes noticeable when they pre-fire or immediately know the enemy location, without any warning or anything like that.
Anyone who claims this doesn’t exist can only be advised to check out the relevant forums. There are many offers there, including premium cheats, and these are sold to a lot of people. There are even cheats for invisible vehicles. If this has happened to you a few times, that’s the explanation. Interfering with the War Thunder servers/software, etc., seems relatively easy for people with sufficient programming experience.
I can’t imagine Gajin being unable to find the relevant forums here; it’s really extremely easy. Why nothing is being done about it makes absolutely no sense to me. And if someone comes along and asks in which match and which replay, it’s quite simple: in almost every match, there are 2-3 people using ESP. It’s not really difficult to determine; just play a few matches.

When events come up there is always a wave of people using cheats and or some of the vets coming out to grind out the event. I have noticed that there have been some people that fired as soon as i peaked around a corner and killed me. At this point its just part of the game experience for online games. Since the grind is long and getting longer every release people use cheats to grind through the tree ether for personal or to sell the accounts. Just type war thunder in ebay, they dont even hide their user names when selling accounts.

Yes because any event vehicle gives better prices when you are selling an account. And yes they are not even hidden, just type Warthunder account sale and you’ll see many different sites and options up to 4-5K euros prices.
And yes i don’t think selling accounts your average -normal player would sell an account, even if he wouldn’t play ever again.
The only difficult for them is Air that except base bombing they can’t do s–t .

If a tank is invisible its not hard to tell, beside that its easy if you read the multiple cheater forum. You can easily find out which cheats are available and compare it to your own experience. And yes 1457 battles are enough to tell that. In my opinion there are so many people using this software that most of the people think its “normal”.

Nah they use bots for base bombing, i read in a forum and one guy was complaining that his bot was not hitting the target so he needed tips from the others… its not just professional cheater, that are selling their software, there are a lot of guys that are able of programming who are using their own cheats. People in the community are not really aware how big this is, most people are like, “thats a skill issue” or “there are not cheaters, just get better”… but sorry most of those people are not really aware of what is possible or they use cheats for themselfs.

If you believe someone is cheating please go via the report via the sever replay and it will be looked at!
