why marking a target point using this key doesn’t create a marker in the map?
i’ve marked an airfiled using the key but it doesnt appear on the map.
That’s the setting to change the pre-designated target point, not the manual selection one. The pre-designated target points are all the target bases and airfield modules. These are the settings you should set a keybind with under the Full-Real Controls for manually designating a point yourself.

What I mean is, the ‘switch mission bombing target’ marker SHOULD be visible just like when I use target point.
