The only thing Japan has at 4.0 is the M55 and 40mm SPAA but somehow they have a better win rate than Soviet players with T-34s.
Pretty sure this doesn’t tell the whole picture.
Germany and Russia underperform all the way but the outliere is Germany 4.7 which only has the event Pak Puma there.
Japan at 4.3 only has the Chi-Nu II, which is really more a glorified TD at that BR, but beats even the Pak Puma in win rate.
At 3.7 they only have the M24, while the US has the M24, M4 Sherman and Ram II.
So Japan and other nations are only reallly played by very few selective players who know how to play while the big three have all the new players who don’t.
At 4.3 the KV-1E currently has a KD of 2.4 and a win rate of almost 60% but the ASU-57 has 0.6 and a win rate of 44.6% and is played almost 7 times more, most likely also at higher BRs.
BTW the KV-1E is incredible broken at 4.3. It’s nearly invulnerable and can easily shrug off even German long 75mm guns, which leaves pretty much nothing but a few SPGs that can threaten it.
