maps for tanks are way too small, there is no way is considered normal to have something like advance to rhine with at most 200 meters of real range of shooting and those maps are full of houses and have all the same hallway style wich prevent every use of tactic or fire exchange
all matches in top tier are like a counter strike game where people rush around in the small envoirment and the first one to be lucky enough to come out the corner and shot the other win just to die 2 seconds later in the same way, i don’t think this style of gameplay fit at all a game based on tanks that tries to be semi-realistic, liking or disliking maps on options is completely useless, i disliked all maps that have cities or smaller than 3x3km and liked open big maps but 95% of my games are in the same small maps over and over again

Did you not hear?? There trying to compete with call of duty thats why there so small 😋(but no plenty of people have said this sadly, weve had some bigger ones but not many and as for what I said above wouldnt suprise me with how the game has gone)

The average map size at top BR is 2.5x2.5km.
There’s no such thing as a minimum range for tanks according to documentation, only maximums.
Players choose smaller maps because it normalizes armor weakspots while increasing flanking routes.
It has nothing to do with speed.
War Thunder is infinitely better than Arma 3 and Squad, Arma 3 and Squad are sub-par games that don’t care about realism.
Topics exist already concerning maps, Please use those.
