Manually Adjust HE-TF Fuze

While aside the other Suggestion for Rework of HE-TF Shells for Heavy AA Vehicles, where there were dedicated crews to account for lead, speed and range, to set the Fuze to have the HE shell explode near the target, if it wasn’t directly hit, other vehicles that are NOT Heavy AA Vehicles, also use such Shells, but mainly against ground targets. While here the range setting is still relatively simple with:

Rangefind the range → Shell explodes there.

This solution is oversimplified and bad in multiple situations and instead for all vehicles (Including Heavy AA, as addition to the other suggestion), the HE-TF shells should be reworked to modified the explosion range manually by key command, in addition to acquire the base detonation distance by rangefinder.

Simple words:

Rangefind the range → Shell explodes there, but also if you want to shoot over the obstacle, you don’t need to move your tank forwards to extend the range beyond, instead manually increase the already acquired range, be it higher or lower for your intended affect.

This would make the shells more useful in the ground roll, as you can now precisely change the range to detonate above the roof, as well as you can make use of it against air targets, as you can effectively reduce the range of the detonation infront of the aircraft that was rangefinded (as the range will ALWAYS change, which cannot be accounted for in current gameplay making the HE-TF Shells even in their intended AA role completely useless.
