Gaijin will probably limit it to 16 just like they did with F-15I which should be able to carry 28 spice 250 but only carries 16 in game

You can guide only one bomb, so the ability to guide bombs/missiles is completely irrelevant.
What we need is the ability to oversaturate Pantsir to hit something on the ground, which is why we need ARH Brimstones…or, actually modeled proxy fuzes.

Not sure about Superhonet but it should be around 16 or 18

4x4 is what I would guess. Unless its belly mount too, then probably 20. But I can see being limited to 16

Though looking at photos, might only be 12 on the wings, they look like they’re using triple racks not quad racks, and some show only twin racks.

Left only Russia with a viable CAS solution. Most of the AAs were butchered into oblivion, except for Russian ones, that already had the S1, then the BUK, and now they received another better Pantsir.
Not very balanced if you ask me
