Not for ground vehicles is an interesting choice as I almost feel like they would need this buff more than Helis.

Is it possible to get a list of all planned MITL additions? mainly cause i wanna know if the KD-88´s are included

No they will be able to, you only need line of sight to the munition not where it’s going so if you fire it from a position that you can’t be seen from anywhere on the ground the airborne missile will still have LOS for a decent amount of it’s flight time.
