BVR People are annoying like you try to make a good battle but when you get finally to the battlefield and see no one there… you check leadeboard and there is probally 3 or 4 enemies left like that is so shitty

Im perpetually confused by people wanting to only ever gunfight in aircraft and at BRs where BVR is the norm.
If you want to dogfight, why dont you play lower BRs?

I mean I get what your saying but I also agree with the OP, something like a Gunfight mode(For any BR) or similar to that true not everyone would like it but it would be something fun and different, I use to play arma 3 a lot and still do and they had a mode for jets where it was something like 6v6 or 12v12 and you had to spawn in a jet and you would gunfight eachother or stay short range missiles with a few back up spawns to.
This view is even more curious when you consider none (or maybe most??) of the jets at top tier WERE NOT made for gun fights, they’re all from an era where missiles do all the work and guns are the absolute last resort
More people would BVR if the missiles weren’t in such a gimped state at BVR. Notice how more people used to BVR? You don’t need a dedicated gamemode. And others are right. Those that prefer guns, etc, have their BRs for that.
I hear where you are coming from but, have you considered that I want to close range (<10km) advanced missile fight in advanced fighters?
like sure maybe some people have fun in BVR but clearly not everyone so it shouldnt be the only real way to play at top tier
