There are plenty of vehicles whose machine gun port is a severe weakspot as both the gun and the port are modelled properly. Except the modelled machinegun does not work for whatever reason. In some vehicles there is even a machine gunner present at the non functional machine gun.
A big yes for a small ask.

All machine guns used to work. Any machine gun that doesn’t have leftovers. It’s why the T-26E-4 can still be used since it is a leftover But originally all of them could.
Gaijin however still needs to fix the Char 2C; 's rear machine gun cause it never runs out and fires while you’re aiming forward. As well as getting the side hull machine guns to function.

Finally! Only the Ostwind II have the Hull MG working for the Pz. IV Hull. Besides, a useless MG being a weakspot is just sad.
