3.7 is one of my favourite BRs. Shame it is only Rank II, and therefore usless for daily and special tasks and events.
Ever since last years changes in the techtrees and the rearanging of vehicles, most of the 3.7 vehicles, even some classics, were exiled to Rank 2.
Now we are stuck with an inconsistent mess of vehicles (even the same vehicles) being stuck in different Ranks all across the board.
Examples:
The M24: BR of 3.7 and Rank 2 in the US and Chinese Tree, but rank 3 in the Japanese and the Italian tree. (makes no sense)
The 3.7 Shermans in the different trees: some are rank 2, some are rank 3.
M4A4 France: Rank 3; China: Rank 2 → makes no sense
The 3.7 Panzer IV: The premium ones are still rank 3 (also the Finnish one in the Swedish tree) while the normal ones in Germany are all Rank 2 → no sense at all
The T-34, the 3.7 and 4.0 variants are also sprikled across both Rank 2 and 3 across nations. (no sense at all)
The early KV-1 (and 2) models → make sense none
(also M18 is Rank 3 in US and Rank 4 in China and Italy; wierd & no sense)
At the moment Rank 2 and 3 are a complete mess. Some nations start with 3.0 into Rank 3, other have only tanks (not SPAA) 5.0 and upwards in Rank 3.
The listed tanks are also historical classics. Lots of players would love to play those at rank 3.
So I petition for 3.7 BR to be Rank 3.
Or at the very least fix the inconsistencies I listed.
(NOT by putting them all in Rank 2, that would be the opposite of what is asked.)
good point, let me take my 3.7 plane, which is Rank 3, in my 3.7 ground lineup, which is Rank 2.

The same vehicle should have the same rank.
Wouldn’t make sense if as example the MiG 29 be Rank 7 in Russia, Rank 8 in Germany and Rank 7 in Italy.
But that is the case for the listed vehicles.
The same vehicle is in the tech tree, but at Rank 2.
The Finnish and the Italian Pz.IV are also both Rank 3 (and practically the same).
It was changed to prevent people cheesing events by grinding out star in super low BRs, to the detriment of newer players just trying to learn the game. Imagine starting out fresh, loading up your shiny new Chi-He, and meeting a solid wall of Shermans, T-34s and long barrel Panzer IVs, all relentlessly seal clubbing for easy stars.
Of course, the new system just pushes that wall up a bit, but I at least appreciate the intent.
japan 3.3/3.7 is rank 3. brits have premium achilles at rank 3 3.3. italy 3.7 is rank 3. france 3.7 is rank 3. sweden 3.0 is rank 3.
there are still plenty of countries where 3.0 is rank 3. its just some nations have it on rank 3 because there is nothing else to fill rank 3 with. japan, for instance, didnt had a great tank production going on. for the majority of the war, they were fighting chinese peasents with didnt even all had guns. so for japan, a br 3.0 tank is more of a rank 3.
The funny thing about this is I actually play 3.7 for my daily tasks, it’s my favorite BR for a reason. Playing 3.7 in Italy I get a Rank 3 Sherman (2 of them), Panzer IV, M24, and the P40. I get to nuke farm and it’s great. So if you wanna play 3.7 for yours I’d suggest check the Italian Tree out, literally everything you’re asking for with the small thing that we don’t have a T-34 (yet, the Hungarians did capture 10 T-34s so Gaijin could give Italy one in the future).
