Probably not, again this isn’t really a new thing, gaijin just picks and choose. Mainly just major nations and large minor nations get camos. I think sweden and China have the least amount for their rank 8 vehicles.
Besides if you think about it more people are going to play the Aussie hornet so theres more to enjoy. Additionally we could always see more canadian camos come with holidays.
Funnily enough, yes. Before, FNF weapons were coded to always centre mass and it usually meant it would hit the strongest parts of the armor and do little to no damage, so they added the minor accuracy deviation to try and “fix” it.
Really hoping with the coding they did for naval targets that something similar could be applied to AGMs vs tanks that had the ability. Identify and engage tank weakspots
I think it’s time naval radar SAMs were treated better, with a transfer of ground SAM rules and user interfaces.
The Bravy was ok, that missile actually did have a command guidance mode that would allow anti-surface use in a pinch, but the RIM-24 in this update was SARH but is still using basically SACLOS ATGM rules, I’m given to understand. This means the new US destroyer is going to have an anti-surface missile capability that it never had in reality: ick.
Instead of the missile just aiming for “centre mass” which is usually above the superstructure resulting in the missile missing.
It instead will hit specific points along the hull. So if you fire 2-3 FnF weapons at a ship, they wont necessarily all hit the same spot. Seems randomised, rather than specific, but it means that firing them at ships is no longer a waste of time. Big buff for the ASMs, but quite nice with things like PGMs as well.
Vanguard for example, should be able to direct all guns onto 4 air threats at the same time (obviously would just be one for now in game) but doesnt even give a lead indicator like others do, such as HMS Tiger.
Speaking of these kind of situations, is there any plans to introduce the « new » turning mechanic that the Elde has to turn (slowing one side without actually fully braking the track) much, much smoother, to other vehicles ? As far as I am aware, for example most modern (and less mordent) tanks should turn this way rather than the current full breaking method used by basically every tracked vehicle in game
