Gripen is more likely.
That being said making the Hosbo exclusove for the newly added typhoon would be a classic. Same with brimstone 2/3
They said they were going to add AESA to everyone, there is literally nothing else for Germany and Italy and with the US getting AESA this update, it would track that the EFT would follow suite

Flight performamce wise the EF still is under the best and likely very low priority
Locked in by the end of the year, not that it wouldnt be every nation.
But quite frankly. I think its just a PR answer, If they add a Gripen with Gimball AESA, then there is no excuse to not add the same to the Typhoons.
Leaving the Typhoons with the only top tier M-Scan radar would be on form for them, but deeply unfair.
I still think there is every chance we might finally get a decent radar for the Typhoon as they clearly wont add CAPTOR-M

Yeah Gripen NG/E is probably a safe bet. Similarly the J-10C and F/A-18E too.

Don’t know if I would consider that a present. If I’ll be dissapointed by an update I’d much rather know it as soon as possible.
It would track that Gaijin makes most of the jets they can still add irrelevant by adding a plane too early.
It happened with the Rafale so I wouldn’t be suprised if they did it again with the AESA EFT.
This either peaks real damn hard or goes down real badly. No other options lol

I need one single thing for the update to be perfect for me, everynation gets one TT vehicle that fills a gap, and for AR-109 skin as a bonus. The vehicles should come first but id be happy with AR-109
Trouble is they know we are weak when it’s in the name for the common good, “you don’t want poor Jimmy to get bullied online now do you”, they’d tried to ban VPN’s and willing to say if we were against VPN’s we supported letting P’s ruin children’s lives by cough cough. Truly using scummy tactics to make us heel
