the funny part of this is that gaijin just purposely nerfed it when it was not needed in the BR it is right now it could literally have R-73 and it would be balanced, you can literally see the switch to inject the coolant on the seeker head of the R-73 which is funny because we dont have any R-73 in the Sniper.

Lots of aircraft could have missiles they dont currently have. The switch would be modelled in the cockpit because we model the cockpits in their entirety. It doesn’t define the weapon set the aircraft receives however.
but still the point is that its nerfed when it was not needed, a totally wasted premium that could be a really interesting one if it was just added with R-73 like everyone was expecting.

The aircraft was not “nerfed”. It was added in line with all other 12.7 MiG-29s, as the ones at that BR perform more reliably than those with R-73 on the higher BRs.
None of the 12.7 MiG-29s have R-73 and there is no possibility they can receive them without a BR increase.

I’m fairly sure the AV-8A has an RWR display in the cockpit despite not having one in game. There’s also stuff like the F-100s having a drop tank fuel level display in the cockpit despite not having any, and the F-4E cockpit being copied from the F-4C.
There’s even more cockpit issues like this.
