Oh, that’s the gun used by the ebrc right? What else can use it, the ajax?
how it was not nerfed if it wasnt introduced with R-73?, when it should have R-73 the aircraft itself is telling “BRO I SHOULD HAVE R-73” it was introduced nerfed and thats it, the devs choose to not introduce it with R-73 because for them it was “better” to just give it the useless R-60 and put it a lower BR making it a direct copy paste of others MIG-29s with just a different camo, the sad part is that a huge amount of people wanted this jet for really long time and once again when the dream becomes true the devs decision dissapoint all of us by just doing the opposite thing, this dev tendency of introducing vehicles in a nerfed state and not taking into consideration the opinion of the mass is becoming way more annoying everytime it happens.
Nothing planned anytime soon for that, thats for sure. But perhaps someday.
a bunch of British (and French) prototypes
LMUK Boxer & Patria
Tracer
SIKA
VBCI T-40
AMX10RC T-40
Warrior CSP
etc etc etc
The sniper should have been added at a higher BR, if they wanted a lower BR MiG-29 they could have just added one from a specific air wing
The 13.0 MiG-29s with R-73 have an overall worse experience at their BR than the 12.7 ones without R-73s do due to the opponents they fight. Both the 12.7 and 13.0 MiGs were reviewed in depth before the decision on what loadouts to provide it were concluded.
Aside from the J35D having the rear windows modeled in first person its pretty accurate
I feel a lot of people view that as a waste of an actually interesting airframe, a normal Romanian MiG-29 would have fit more since the Sniper is an upgrade program with barely any upgrades actually present ingame
Why is there a squadron F-16 with 9Ms and Magic 2s tho at 12.7?
It doesn’t have any SARHs like the R-27ER-1 the Sniper has.
and who says that the MIG-29G have overall a worse experience due to the 13.0 BR? from where the information came from?, i have friends that in the 29G have literally a K/D of 3-4 in that jet and since various top tiers where moved to 14.3 it became better am sorry but honestly In my opinion, it’s not the arrow, it’s the user most of the time.
Sniper has all the upgrades it had in reality. Unfortunately a lot of others were proposed or optional, but never actually made a reality.
How much do i have to pay you to ask if there will be Danish camos on the Norwegian F16
The data and statistics. It can be seen in detail how each aircraft at any given BR performs.
Nobody disputed good players cant do well in it. That was never in question. However premiums are not only designed with the best of the best in mind. But the average player too.
Is there no way to give it a Aim-7M and move it up? Because at 12.7 with that many IRCCM missiles is a struggle for other jets at a lower BR.
Then why not give it the same treatment as the F-5C and give it stuff to improve it, that never had flares but it was added to improve it. The Harrier GR.1 has missiles that were only put on a prototype Harrier two seater. So there is historical precedent to give stuff that was intended but not actually fitted.
Alright that’s good to hear at least, thanks for the answer!
The F-5C flares were possible to fit to any F-5A family member as part of the upgrade program. Harrier received SRAAMs because again, they were designed to fit to aircraft systems. Harrier T.52 was the company demonstrator for many programs regarding GR.1 / GR.3. So there is no compatibility issue there.
If something is technically possible, then its open to consideration. The same would be true of Sniper. If there was evidence something was tested or technically possible, it would be open to consideration.
This variant didn’t have them. But if it is performing too well at its current BR, that would show at the next BR review.
@Smin1080p_WT Since the Oplot changed from P to M now, could we see an actual P in the near future perhaps with the official Pakistan tree ?
