Not just “subnations”, but historical flags. Just because there is multiple German nation options does not mean Gaijin is making a political statement about Germany. The same should also apply to the historically relevant national flag of the ROC, which was internationally recognized as China until 1971 and the only Chinese nation until 1949, so their national flag should be included.
The same issue also selectively affected other nations that only had military flags in game, such as South Vietnam or the Weimar Republic, so I hope Gaijin can compromise and add national flags to the customization even if the vehicles themselves use military flags.
My recent bug report on MB-326K was also accepted as suggestion, because it “contradicts” with some manual which is most likely not even for that variant.
I hope I don’t need to wait as much as for Ariete armor fix

Will you replace RoC army flag with the national one like every other nation has? Or can you give any good reason why you wont do that?
So we can change our British tree into the Irish tree because of one ship but we can’t change out British tree into the British empire because it’s a naval flag ???

So you mean the ROC flag got removed because it’s just an “army” flag? That’s not how my historical teacher taught me. Before the Chinese Civil War ended, which is after WW2, the Republic of China was an internationally recognized country. “Oh it was a country but not anymore now.” Then why GDR, WW2 German, the USSR, Kingdom of Italy flag exists? They are all non-existent countries now.
