IDK I’m looking at it right now, no announcement as of right now.
it’s happened when people kept refreshing around dev blog times, and especially when sales are announced, if people in this thread and elsewhere keep refreshing this page and sometimes get that screen, but different people are seeing it at different times, it seems the likely explanation to me

i dont think ive ever known them to announce a Update going live this late in the day. ive never seen them announce one later than 10-11AM GMT/BST, usually they announce it around 7-9AM GMT/BST.

we still have time for an announcement, a lot of announcements came really late in the day, am from argentina and usually some announcements came between 5pm and 7pm GMT soo… atleast we have 2 hours more.

I heavily doubt it when its this late.
You know they use UTC, right? Sometimes the announcement was 8:30am UTC on the same day, right?
