F-4F ICE, obviously.

I mean, just around every ground player propably is bored by it.
The namer is nice sure and the first non premium fremch light camo net tank.

But thats it realy

My top 4 vehicles for this update are the F-15C, Namer, 2A7HU and either AV-8B+ or some of the benelux aircraft. In that order too.

But besides that the quality of life changes that are coming are just so good.

I can see why some people are less excited about the update, because some nations got really screwed over for top tier air additions, but I think overall this is still a good update due to the qol changes.

What about the Desert Warrior?

It being so unnoticeable i didnt even remember it says enough.
End of the day its another bradley or italian dardo

The fact that it’s British is what matters. Having the Warrior as the best IFV was not great, to say the least.

Wont deny that for british it sure night be intresting.
But still isnt what the british needed for their top tier line up, neither is it special in being a first step in non premium camo nets like the vextra and namer are.
Compare to those 2 the desert warrior falls behind a bit

2A7HU, Vextra 105, Namer and Desert warrior are all highly needed vehicles. So good additions.

2A4M CAN, CV9035DK and T-80UE-1 are premiums, so eh.

ZSL92, XM800T and the 20mm USH are fun meme tank/spaa additions. And every SPAA added is good.

This is why not maining a single tree is the best outcome, it’s a lot harder to be bored by updates. I would even go as far as saying that I prefer this update over air superiority as a ground player.

Just wanted to say, i somehow forgot that one as well becsuse in the end its just another leopard thats already in the game

Started the chinese tree, got a plane ank tank.
But didnt even zouch ground yet.
Generaly becsuse the quality of the last few updates wasnt that great a lot of play intrested went down.
Might play a bit with this one to finish f4f ice for potential new additions.
But besides that i am just not all to intrested currently

For me maining a single tree is the only really viable option if I want to progress since I promised myself I wouldn’t spend any money on WT after I bought 1 extra crew slot. I don’t mind much though, squadron vehicles on other trees will be good enough for me

I really hope it looks more like this

And less like this…

Tanks aren’t supposed to look like Apple products

the KF tanks got the same problem imo

I guess there is a new generation of designers which add a bunch of unnecessary corners and edges everywhere to make it look space age

Eh I hope it’s a bit of both. Sure it shouldn’t look like the AbramsX, but I think things will have to change if they want to significantly reduce weight.

Tank development peaked in the 90s, change my mind

I think a 90% of the reason why they look like so much “sci-fi space age concepts” is the presentation paintjobs! These paintjobs were probably designed as much to look futuristic as they were to showcase the tanks more clearly.

Both Abrams X and KF-51 were presented with paintjobs you don’t see on any in-service MBTs and purely associated with more of a “sci-fi” setting (grey, bright pixels, etc).

But, for example, look at what Abrams X and KF-51 look like with actual combat camouflage: much more genuine and “actual present day war machine-like”, I would say!

That’s when the aesthetic peaked, to be sure.

I wouldn’t mind if tanks looked like this for the next 50 years, only updating the internals.
