Sadly the visual evidence of a picture of what could be just the RWR system doesn’t confirm a full MAWS system. So that alone will indeed lead to a report being closed.
So do you mean that the developers do not even know if J-8F has a MAWS or not, but chose it for MAWS testing? What a strange decision.

also notice that rather than the Trophy / EUROTROPHY APS in older EMBT demonstrator, this time the remote turret of the EMBT-ADT 140 is equipped with French PROMETEUS (also called DIAMANT) active protection system (hopfully this time it doesn’t stay as prototype , unlike SHARK in the past)
