Really wont help the try hards, would just mean top tier combat will require some modicome of knowledge about sarh missiles, which at the moment is sorely lacking. At the start people will die and complain about it, but its really not hard to properly deal with sarh missiles, it then leading to less furballs and more tactical engagements. I belive arcade is where you go to for more dog fighty gameplay with furballs and such, with rb meant to be a more realistic depiction (so not totally realistic, but enough to get a feel for it). And then sim is the trash bin where gaijin chuck all of their bad ideas.

To put it into purspective, reducing the multipathing will actually allow my tornado to face mig 29s and f16s, as before all they had to do was stay low and fire missiles after missiles, now i can notch while guiding in my missiles which will cause them to turn around or notch instead of just ignoring it.

Will probably lead to quite a few jets being moved up due to finally being somewhat usable against the more meta jets.

From what I’ve researched, though it’s closely related to the RWR of the Mirage 2k, it’s not the same. The CARAPACE seems to be capable of C-K band detection, I and someone else have a currently got a bug report open for it, so hopefully it gets it. Having the K band would be quite a huge improvement, allowing it to detect the Pantsir’s tracking radar.

Isn’t RB just arcade without respawns, nations not being on different teams and worse flight-models?

IDK how those mistakes are happening but it’s still on the “trivial” end of the scale compared to whatever they are presumably doing with ARH and radars and so on.

Unless Namer coincides with some radical overhaul of the damage model, which I highly doubt.

Of course, they just complain about anything that makes the game easier and love it when stuff gets harder. Some social darwinism nonsense about weeding out bad players.

Theres making it harder for new players, and making it easier for for the more seasoned players (players who have at least grinded to top tier and know something but may not be great at the game). The “Try Hards” will have already been usuing all of this anyway so all it does is allow them to get kills against players who dont know what they are doing, which already happened anyway so i dont think it matters.

If its the normal EJ then im sorry to say, its not getting any better any time soon. The EJ kai on the other hand, this will be a buff to it as the 7fs are insane and the radar is ok (i hate not having tws but thats what you get when you ask for a decent phantom from gaijin).

I was talking about the base EJ, on which I foolishly put a talisman on when it was still Japan’s only top tier fighter
But that will be true for any plane without P/D that has to fight planes with P/D or MTI
If you climb, you’re dead and the only option that was viable (hugging the ground and praying that you don’t take an all-aspect to the face) is now getting nerfed

I actually have no idea why its at 11.0 considering its fm is far, far, far worse than the f4e along with worse missiles? it really could be 10.7 and be fine as whos going to die to an aim7e as everyone’s on the deck anyway.

Did you run a difference check on an older version in a repo or something or you mean just by glancing at it?

If at a glance it looked the same to you, did anyone else notice any differences other than multipathing getting lowered?
