However, let’s see how good they are in Air RB. The HMD of the F-16C is nowhere near as efficient as the Su27 or first generation of Mig-29s even though the F-16C uses a much more advanced radar.
Will this still be the same for the F-15C across the board too? Will the engines still be worse than the F-15A?
The Su27SM will perform better than the older su-27 as they will not be weighed down with R-27ERs anymore. For perspective.

For noway and the dainish to continue to be premium/event only is dumb imo. They should be added as they would help fill at least one hole for air rb and to continue the tt. I think they will change their mind or make a stupid decision because if a tree isn’t getting new content then people wont play it and such overall just means less money for gaijin. Also the strv 2000 should only be added as a last resort type vehicle and that logic should apply to all vehicles with paper type things. Though i am less opposed as most if the parts were made. Regardless its gaijins decision.

Im so unbelieveably excited for the MTDP (although still wish it was an F2 but im content) I really hope Gaijin does the AAM-4 justice and make it accurate
I too am excited as we finally have access to TWS and HMD which are going to be a huge boon in ground RB. Also have tested AAM-4 against helis and it’s pretty good at harassing and taking them down from 7-8 km out.
I am playing now but I do not know much about it to make an opinion. I have tried all the ARH in game. Every single one (wait have not tried PL-12 brb after this) but all feel the same to me in test flights & custom matches. Nothing really stands out.
The MICAs got a noticeable tighter turn from the gate, but everything more or less feels the same. You can feel how light each is as they sit on your aircraft. Some barely affect FM performance pretty cool.
I would assume the AAM-4 & the PL-12 would be the most energy efficient. But that is just my initial guess at looking at the design pattern.
The AAM-4 should be equivalent to the 120C-5/7 and I dont know much about the kinematics of them personally I havent put that much research into that aspect so I couldnt tell you
Also on the bright side, since we got the F-15J (M) now, the only other option left is the F-2 and probably the F-2 late at that, which we’re looking at December possibly, though it could show up any update at this point.
There are of course Thai options, but that will come with a whole sub-tree instead of one off additions for top tier JPN.

There seems to be a lot of discussion regarding the booster of the AAM-4, but not much is mentioned about its warhead weight. From a game balance perspective, is it sufficient to use the current copied values from the AIM-120, even though they are likely inaccurate?
Of course, it might be less important because if it doesn’t hit the target, it doesn’t matter anyway.
PL-12s feel like aim-120s. Pretty much nothing special.
So, Is the J-11 not capable of PL-12s??? Seems odd they would not for the J-11A…
Be so cool if it can use both R77s & PL-12s. Or only one variant at a time for all I care.
