You will probably get it halfway through the AVRE grind. 35,000 score translates to roughly 100,000RP with premium time but without a talisman.
Premium F-16? Yeah there are 12.0 F-16’s in game so why not. Same Br as F-20.

I might doubt that. The Mirage F1C-200 is selling relatively popular now and gaijin isnt going to get much more with a Belgian F-16 other than angry Frenchmen.
