The reason the premium AMX is in the Italian tree because it was an adventure between Italy and Brazil.
Same reason for the TAM are in Germany. So no Brazil isn’t a sub for anyone atm.

Right now no BeNeLux aside from air, so wouldn’t be any voicelines yet.
I guess the other stuff shown on the leaklist(s) was things coming in the near future.
