ARH missiles, in this patch, won’t fly.
The maps are way too small. Tried to play Tornado in the current (SARH) EC8 and it’s very difficult to find a hole in the fighter wall in 16vs16 teams. So, we either need big, and I mean BIG maps (>200x200km), or smaller teams, since nothing but fighters is viable and even they have considerable problems when outnumbered.
So, can we get a big map first and then figure how to make ARHs work?
Gaijin might give to a range buff. We don’t know how it looks in game yet so I’d wait for that. (Like Gaijin has given others thing buffs like the Sturmtiger reload one)
But people seem to forget what the AVRE was built for.
It was an anti-fortification vehicle built in response to the failure of the Dieppe Raid. It was never a anti-vehicle unit.
this, and this program added a lot of firepower to the Baz Meshupar israeli ground ordinance, israeli air to air ordinance, like the Python-4, 5 and the Access to all the Derby missile variants its just annoying and sad the fact that right now is a damn copy past of the american one, i really hope that atleast gaijin add the Python-4 to it and remove the 9M because this missile shouldn´t be there, and i hope that gaijin models the cockpit like it should be too. we need to make a bug report of all the things missing.

regarding my comment on the fake radar HMD of the Mig29 & Su27. Allow me to clarify.
Neither the Su27 nor the Mig29 (except SMT) can use the Opto-electronic pointing stations (OEPS)
for directional beam control of their radar dishes… They all use the same bootleg jury rigged Sapfir-23ML (Mig-23ML) Cassegrain radar dishes of late 60’s design & still analog (Soviet Union lacked industry to produce quality radars 1980s untill Zaslon radar in Mig-31)
The Radars found in both the Su27 & Mig29 (except SMT) are technologically incapable of using a HMD for radar targeting, the OEPS HMS was only capable of cooperating with the R-73 & R-27ET.
Planar array antennas are capable of directional beam control & HMD like found on the F-16C & SMT.
In case you did not know what kind of radar dish a Cassegrain antenna is… . It’s the same type found in the F-4E of Vietnam. That is an analog Cassegrain antenna just like the one found in the Su-27 & Mig29. They are not capable of directional beam control whatsoever. The radar HMD is made up & operates on nothing.
*The Su-27 & Mig-29 has always had an unfair, hyper unrealistic advantage over the competition I just did not want to say it, as I am a Soviet Main :)
