I’m still not sure about that now to be honest. I heard Sweden wanted a LRF when they trialled it, but much of late 1990s stuff I have from VSEL and Janes’ describing Braveheart mention LINAPS as an upgrade over the then in-service AGLS on AS90, with no explicit mention of an LRF.
We upgraded AS90 with LINAPS in the UK along with the 105 Light Gun (L118), and Poland who use the turret on AHS KRAB and who are often cited as having LRF in the turret, do use the FIN3120L laser IMU from LINAPS.
So I start to think it’s down to misinterpretation of Laser… Pointing System in the name LINAPS
worst part is because its Aussie it would probably end up in the UK tree

Yeah the AV-8B Plus’ have a built in camera + TGP, theres also the F-14B, Rafale and Typhoons with PIRATE.

I’m sure the developers with millions of dollars and entire teams can’t afford to develop such a feature.
Not saying they can’t, but that’s how the game is modelled. They’ve said before they may model it in the future. Any bug report adding TGP to an aircraft that already has TGP will be denied for that reason. Until mutli-TGP support is added, that’s how it is. Write a report asking for a replacement instead or make a suggestion asking for Multi-TGP support.

Unfortunately it never got past mockup stage as the US said no to the sale of the AIM-54, would’ve been a unique version of the Viggens since it had a refueling probe.
Idk, I’m hoping we get a notice that that update drops tomorrow but because that’s what I want gaijin will choose to wait as long as possible

Usually its Tuesday or Wednesday, but Dev closed literally today so I feel like its more likely to be next Tuesday.
