Currently, the ATFLIR occupies a hardpoint, which causes us to lose one AMRAAM. This is a bit bad. I think we need to get a new option for the central pod. LITENING III would be great.

I agree with that, but I prefer the look and mounting position of the AFTL pod, so I’d like them to keep it and add the Lightning instead.

isnt the BMPT 11.3 now? I dont really see it all that much at 10.7 now days but then again when I do they still dominate the match so ya know really could do with some actual nerfs

This has been said before but with the way they model TGPs, there can’t be more than one TGP available for an aircraft. The only exception I can think of is the Harrier AV-8B (NA) and Q-5L, but these have TGPs embedded in their model that become unusable after attaching another TGP. So you can assume the limitation is one internal TGP (always visible) and one external TGP (only visible when equipped.)
Its because each TGP is modelled to the planes stats rather than their own. Hence why the F-15E’s LANTIRN was replaced with the Sniper and why the F-2A received the Sniper instead of Sniper + J/AAQ-2 (that is on the XF-2A).
So you would have to instead suggest for the replacement of ATFLIR with LITENING, which would be passed as a suggestion.

So we get an anhistorical radar on the Falcon because someone mistook its turret for the A-14D months ago and got it an armour buff via bug report back then?
Then please have the armour reverted to 10mm all around and remove that dumb radar.

It’s a shame, because the AFTL has that kind of coolness and romance that makes you want to load it up even if it means sacrificing the Amraam.
if it loses the radar its gonna need that APDS belt back or be dropped to at least 7.7

As far as I can tell, most claims of it having one seem to be down to a misunderstanding of what LINAPS is
I think the Braveheart prototype model had one. Not the standard production model we got in game.
