I don’t think it can move down to 7.7 or 8.0 if it gets the radar while still having fast firing APHE esq ammo.
It would easily be the best mix of AA and Anti tank if it goes to 7.7 with radar
Good on you for spading it. I got tired of needing to play as a fighter because I was too slow to get to a base.
I think the core point is that it needed
- APDS restored
- Radar or some form of tracking
(To justify 8.0/8.3)
or
- a BR reduction.
For a time, it looked like they were going to none of the above, and leave it at 8.3. Especially frustrating given the dire need of an SPAA (or even multiple SPAAs) between 5.3 and 8.3

Would still be arguably top 3 for Radar SPAA in the 7.x area
Perhaps, knowing Gaijin, it wouldnt get that BR though, even under those conditions

Gaijin trying their best not to add GPS → LOAL-IR to IR cruise missiles that keep breaking because they use terrain following and get blocked by terrain and thus lose the IR lock.
