Not pl-10 technically but for the export variant, 90 degree per second turning ability and ±80 seekerhead
Definitely superior to r-74m2 or 74m at least in terms of seekerhead capability
(-r-74m2 has ±60 degree seekerhead gimbal limit before launch, ±75 degrees after launch, and has ±90 degree launch capability thought through iog+datalink)

It needs the Digital TER-9A, not just any TER-9A. Regular TER-9A doesn’t have MIL-STD-1760 connectors
The digital one has a new module on the back with 3 large 1760 32-pin umbilicals to connect to the stores
The normal TER-9A just has basic 26 pin or 23 pin connectors for things like Hydra, located in front of the rear fairing. Where the holes are in the above Digital one
The USAF opted for BRU-57 as a digital ejector rack for JDAM instead of putting JDAM on TER-9A. The USMC has a digital TER (BRU-70/A) with 1760 connections, but it’s only for JDAM carriage on Harrier and doesn’t use the aerodynamic fairings for F-16 carriage
So the status of digital TERs for F-16 is a bit unknown

You should be comparing pl-15 to r-77m, and pl-10 to r-74m2.
R-77-1 and r-74m are early 2000s missiles

In todays dev server update the Su-24M got a ESM search mode for it’s radar.
Currently you can’t actually lock any targets but it does detect SPAA with radars. Also picking up some ships with radar too.

my guess is that everything with the MTI mode that can detect stationary targets has gotten ESM
we got no sources to counter it and People thought they’d get the R-77-1/Mica Killer
and they just cannot have this missile be good
I guarantee it’ll be the same for other Western missiles, Literally cannot wait for Meteor to be worse than all other MRAAMs
