Might I ask, why was Rang 9 even added that early and not with the Major Update?
It was intended for them to he kept seperate from the major as announced in the news a month ago.

It reminded me my days of rooting for more Italian helicopters. Even the Japanese helicopter tree (which they were creating copy pastes to vary the options) had more aircraft on launch.
Then the tree was supplied 3 “Hungarian” crap
I see it as a “paving the way” thing.

Are the devs planning to rework position of helicopters spawns on most maps? All this new spaa with tall radars, free spaa that play yolo and new pantsir with ahead missile that don’t care about proxy don’t working on low altitide are made the situation pretty critical. The problem has been ignored for too long.
Nothing currently planned for this major update. But new suggestion topics are always welcome.
any news on Rank 9 for Research Nation Isreal? There was a lot of speculation before december patch especially with inclusion of Greece (blk70?)
Not this major update. As we mentioned, Greece was a longer term consideration.

You know, I’m curious about that. What exactly is the issue with having both Royal Sovereign and Arkhangelsk in-game? Is there a technical limitation that means we can only have one and not the other, or is it just a dev decision? Just curious, as I know other games like WoWs generally tend to implement ships with similar situations (including Arkhangelsk and Royal Sovereign themselves) at once, with seemingly no issue.

Russia gets novorossiysk, Italy doesnt get Giulio Cesare. its a dev thing.
Since the beginning of Naval Blue water there is a rule that there can only be one version of a named ship. So there cannot be multiple versions of the same ship. Sister ships of the class sure, but not an existing named ship.

problem is, there isnt one.
america jumped straight to stealth fighters, once raptor and f35 are in game things will be more even
Royal Sov being placed in the USSR tree when having a much more notable life as a british ship compared to when she was neglected by the soviet navy will never not be a bad choice by gaijin.
As naval is mixed nation battles already it really isnt a huge deal if captured and loaned vessels appear in a couple trees.

Arkhangelsk is one of the few battleship choices the Soviet tree can have. Meanwhile the British tree has no shortage and has many future options open.
