Its a bit of a toss up between u.s. since its a phantom. Germany because they’re the ones who produced the upgrade kit for the peace icarus, basing it off of the f4f ice. Or Isreal because they might be getting a Greek subtree apparently.

honestly wouldnt be a bad addition but 2 F35s for a single country is a bit much when the F35I is better (i think) than the F35A, so wouldnt the F35A be DOA?
USA will get 3 variants (without counting the different blocks);
UK will get 2 variants;
Japan will get 2 variants.
I don’t see why Israel wouldn’t.
If the F-35I ends up being superior, the F-35A could get a bit lower BR. Anyway it’s only fair to add the most advanced aircraft operated by the Greek air force if you’re making a Greek subtree.
There’s a lot of DOA additons, doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be added at all.
And finally, I’d add Gaijin loves to butcher Israeli stuff so I wouldn’t be so sure about the F-35I being better in-game lol
the F35I has way better EW and EA with better sensors and survivability upgrades from Elbit while the greek is just an export version of the F35A so on paper it should be better but like you said, gaijin loves to butcher israeli stuff

Well, is there even anything public that states what those Israeli advancements are? No one can claim gaijin is “butchering” something that they themselves can’t find sources for.

i doubt EW and EA are gonna be like they are IRL, i mean looking at aesa radars they just scan faster and stealth doesnt even work lol

That’s the main issue with 5th gen, we won’t even have material to report virtually anything. It’s bad enough right now, will be way worse with 5th gen

Stealth does actually work iirc, it’s just that the ranges where fights happen are too short. But I remember seeing a video of a F-117 evading ARHs easily without even notching much.
However the AESAs are very nerfed indeed, they should have instant scan
the F35I has a custom DL system for their own anti-air systems and their own jets, has EW suite designed for russian SAM systems used by iran so S300, S400 and so on, has better passive radar detection and has better senors for SEAD and DEAD mission which the normal F35A doesnt have
and true mutli-target locking not just faster scan TWS
