The Barak Is tested the Derby IRL for Rafael on some testbeds. Gaijin expanded this to the Barak IIs we have ingame. And yeah no Baraks used AMRAAMs, gaijin made it up for the F-16C Barak II for some reason.

Except Chinese munition I’m guessing because the IRCCM of the PL-8B is purposefully gimped. It should use both FOV gating and seeker shutoff. Same with the TY-90 as well iirc.

Not sure about that, I’m pretty sure they only put it on the plane to take some promotional images. As far as I’m aware Israel never bought upgrades for their block 30s and 40s to support fox 3 missiles.
tbf Smins comment was on missile performance in terms of range and speed and less so the type of seekerhead. Don’t know tho if there are bug reports for that too.
wasn’t that already confirmed to not be possible bc of that specific airframe not allowing such a gunpod to be fitted?
The gunpod couldn’t be added but apparently there was a single internal gun fitted during testing in the 1990’s.
But so far nothing has come of it and it’s unsure whether the devs have even looked into it since we’ve heard nothing about it.
