Yes but you cant use gnss for the munitions with ir seeker.
Also they can not add booster just like they did to the grom
thats just something they will have to fix eventually
there is a glide only SPEAR but it hasnt been made or dropped yet

MMW+GNSS+SAL
So, until MMW is added it would be GNSS or GNSS+SAL. The small warhead though would make GNSS very very niche as its just a Brimstone warhead.
There is Spear-Glide which is basically Spice-250 (IIR/EO+GNSS+SAL) but the same small warhead as a Brimstone.
At the moment though, Im just hoping we get SAL Brimstone 2s
the difference between grom and SPEAR is that the SPEAR has the same warhead size as the SPICE and GBU39s so cant AFK bases (at least not easily)
Smaller, its the same Tandem charge as Brimstone. But yeah, wouldnt be an issue for long range base killing

is it damn so it would be even worse for trying to kill SPAA then the GBU39 lol (not to mention the new Pantsir SM that will probably make spamming GBU39s not that effective anymore)
With GNSS ensure a direct hit against a static target, probably okay… but certainly would make a good spammable decoy, also being powered, the Spear-3 shouldnt have the Mach limit that curtails GBU-39 and Spice-250 currently

Two missiles in game already have GNSS as part of their guidance package (9X and IRIS-T SL), so far only visible change caused by GPS addition is reduced inertial guidance drift.
Will Gaijin expand on that? Remains to be seen.
better radars, and 48 missiles that travel 400ms faster and have 20km more range, only thing worse is their HE mass

they already have SPICE-250 which are pretty much 1:1 with what the GBU-53 will probably be ingame
their HE mass is also still more then the rapiers HE mass and it can still one shot most of the time

and you keep asking for 28 of them which is the issue not the GBU53 itself, if it came on F-16s with a max of 8 then sure
But that doesnt mean that the F-15E should get 28 of them. 8-16 at most
