Well no eurofighter has used 120d afaik. only c-8.
Canada, UK, Australia and Norway all have Aim-120D.

They use Meteor, but Aim-120D is probably technically compatible still and several EFT operators do use Aim-120D on their F-35s (as the US refuses Meteor intergration in a timely fashion)

No idea, but I wouldnt be surprised if the Gripen E gets Aim-120D. Not only for a buff in performance but SAAB has a habbit of making sure the Gripen is intergrated with as much as possible
