I read about this issue on Reddit… I’ve seen LOTS of people explaining that you should see this after registering, and that many weren’t seeing it (myself included after checking lol), so I figured I would leave a heads-up over here.

I logged into warthunder.com with a different browser and clicked on cbt application but it still didn’t work. It just says that I have already applied

Weird. Mine worked going from Opera to Chrome.
Try signing out, then clicking on the application link from the news post and signing in through there.
