nvm, bad argument from me, brain kinda stopped working
they will argue that its worse because it can only carry two mav D and two 9ps instead of 4 mav B or 4 9l but for ground strike its far superior.
the 9p its getting has the 9l seeker, just worse motors and its better to have two maverics that can actually lock a target and then hit it than four that wont get a lock until you are inside the targets engine bay, and then miss
