Im personally disapointed by the lack of new gameplay.
new vehicles are one thing, but maps & gamemodes are another.
and playing new vehicles gets stale fast when playing them in the same gamemodes and maps as previous ones

they just announced infantry… massive new gamemode. Also arial warfare and world war is coming

I play War Thunder to play vehicles, like the Typhoon. Not because I want a first person shooter. If i wanted that, Id buy BF6.
Air Sim hasnt had a new map in more than 3 years and we still have Convoys bugging underground on most maps. Let alone the lack of new objectives in about 2 years
No, they said they’ll work on them here and there but are not priorities. could be years before we see them added.

I dunno, maybe the fact that they feel the need to add infantry to WT when they have a seperate game for that already?
WT is a game focussed on vehicular combat, people play it for the vehicles, Gaijin advertises it as a game entirely focussed on vehicular combat.

whats the point of infantry? ppl sit and cry about realism and they will for infantry too, imagine someone here in the forums crying cuz they dont have to run for two hours to find an enemy

At least thats what it looks like from my brief look.
well, i agree more gamemodes and maps would be nice. But you have to keep in mind that the next step for war thunder has always been infantry to make a bf6 and squad competitor with way superior vehicles.
@xPorkulusx some things Bvvd said abt their plans for next year:
Anti-ship missiles, before the timeframe they previously mentioned for 5th gen aircraft
PL-15 ( and other similar missiles ) require the implementation of dual-pulse motors to come
