yeah I’m pretty sure that was an actual bug a while back like the composite and spall liner just ate the explosion for some reason. its one of the few things i love the Abrams for it just tanks cas hits for no reason sometimes.

thats on gaijin tho they are lazy to model its new engines - hopefully u get it by the next update , when did they nerf the radar buff.

I’ve personally yet to experience what i see many complain about with the Sky Sabre.
Granted, i’ve not had it for that long. But in 20 matches i have 24 spawns, 16 deaths and 33 air kills with it, and that with the stock CAMM, i’ve played only two matches with the ER so far and got 3 kills in the first and only one scout drone in the second (spawned late and match ended with no other aircraft spawning in).
Could you give any insight into what it is people are complaining about with it?
I dont find an issue with killing planes, but it absolutely does not like going after munitions, it always jukes it.
And the sky sabre radar sometimes will classify a high flying plane as rocket or just straight up not track it

yeah I have the reverse of this issue with the claws regarding the AMRAAMs hoping the ER’s will fix this where i legitimately use them for only fighting helis with dlirccm or munitions to just keep teammates alive as the 9x is the only like affective missile for its actual range.

Datalink appears to just not work half the time and the radar just loses track randomly. CAMM also doesnt damage drones (this is a common problem, it takes two stingers to kill a recon micro in stormer AD)
CAMM also seems to be missing a fair bit of G pull.
Its a dice roll if your missile even manages to get a lock of its own (or at least feels like it, may just be the datalink issue)
@DevilO6 would be able to give a far more technical whine about skysabre. have a dig through his bug reports if you have time for a good insight
