Ever since i left school ive pretty much ran on an EST timezone sleep schedule because of night/evening shifts. i get it. i seem to have gone so far that im on a middle eastern timezone for sleep now

Feel you, my dad also started getting grey hair and loosing them at a quite young age. Lets hope we both got the genes from the good side of our families.
Even tho fully bald and or grey can look absolutely fantastic on men.
