It should show up as su-30, as irbis is an evolution of the bars of su-30sm. It’s like how n001 of su-27 shows up as mig-29 on rwr as its an evolution of the mig-29 radar.
Now, the bars radar was first installed on su-27m/su-35, but actually entered service with the su-30, which is is why it shows up with the radar signature of an su-30.
Same could be said about other aircrafts like eurofigher and gripen radars, as both are derivatives of the blue vixen of the sea harrier and thus should show up as sea harrier
it would likely depend what nato jets have the Ibis labelled for, more then likely being the Su35 (similar to how before they added hornets the F4F ICE shows up as F-18 on the tornados RWR)

Honestly it’s a wasted feature. So many people get hyped up when the end of the month rolls around and thing’s start getting passed, expect it doesn’t actually mean anything. They only pass things so it actually looks like some sort of moderator pays attention to suggestions.

it has never guaranteed anything
thats why i said should and not does lol, they should show up as a sea harrier. instead sea harrier shows up as a gripen which makes no sense as the sea harrier came first

it dosent say that it is a direct evolution
and as long as the IRBIS dosent use the exact same pulse modulation as the Bars, then they are destinguishable

the F-4F ICE shows up as F-18 because it uses a F-18 radar
says further development here. it should show up as su-30 therefore

it should not because it has a different architecture with its 6 T/R moduels over the Bars
to be indistinguishable from the Bars it would need to use the exact same frequencies and pulse modulation whats unlikely due to its difference in architecture

you compared 2 completly different radars being labaled as the same to 2 planes with the exact same radar being labaled the same
please tell me how long developing an update should take?
Developing an update ≠ copy pasting a pre-existing texture onto a pre-existing tank and giving it physics
what? I was comparing the Su30SM2 and Su35? both use the irbis? im saying that they would probably show up as Su35 as more then likely in nato jets its labelled as Su35
you know the same as the F4F ICE and how it used the same radar as the F-18?
