are there any considerations to improve the J10C A2G arsenal?
With most nations getting IR guided munitions this very update, It would be nice if the J10C also got this type of weaponry to enchance it’s CAS capabilities
It doesn’t, this is likely connected to an internal report about N019ME radar for it. Then they’re going by technical capability to integrate it, even if Malaysia is known to have never done so.
Personally I have seen conflicting information about if it should have gotten N019ME or not, but if they know more that might be it.
If they stick to N019E I will report RVV-AE as incompatible.

Fully agree with this one. They picked the one Thai F-16 without AMRAAM capability and needlessly pushed the BR up.
We could have a great 13.0 (or even 12.7 like the Belgian OCU) Thai F-16 with 9Ms and another ADF / eMLU filling the AMRAAM F-16 role, but Gaijin chose this instead…

I would have at least added these already and for the rest of the stations they could still think about it or add/deny them later one.
And this point should just fall under gaijins new favourite line “As long as its technologically capable it can have it”
Even having just 2 Aim 9Ms would be neet since they have a longer Range then R73s.

ngl the R-77s have killed it for me, ARH gameplay isn’t my jam, and the 29N is gonna be a chore at that BR just in general given the defensive aids are kinda ass.
Also not super appreciating the double standards when it comes to compatibly, if the 29N can get R-77s why can’t the Hawk 209 get 4 mavericks or Skyflashes?

Yeah the enclosed weapons pod seems to be dead for the Super Hornet, similarly the CFT’s for it seem to be dead in the water. (For USN service though, it seems that those are still available for export models).
Hopefully with this being in the files it means we are a step closer to getting LEGION IRST pod.
The PL-8B is a license produced Python 3 that China upgraded with IRCCM and a new booster
If it gets N019E radar I’m fairly confident they will be removed for being incompatible. Right now this seems likely to me.

I feel the same. No idea where they got “r-77 was highly requested” from. 13.0 wouldve been perfect for it with its avionics set and unique AIM-9M.
