Right but you don’t need classified docs to see if the radar has a gimbal or not, of which I don’t think any US arrays use one

exactly, problem is we don’t know how wide the scan area of the radars itself is, I don’t really need the 180-200 scan of the EFT’s with the Gimbal i just want a radar that scans the whole area that I have the right now, like the Rafale tws that scans the whole avilable area for the radar.

further edit: don’t get me wrong some aircraft can make them actually quite decent, but the Gripen like the f18’s is not one of those airframes.

Hey @Smin1080p_WT, will there be a BR cap increase in this update or sometime this year? The Su-30SM2 and Eurofighter (AESA) being added in this update are quite advanced and won’t fit comfortably in the current 14.3 version. Having these powerful aircraft face off against the J-11A, MiG-29SMT, and F-16D… feels a bit grotesque. So if there are any plans regarding BR, I’d appreciate knowing.
Gaijin is adding MRML to GE due to popular demand (it’s still not confirmed if they are functional or not)
However they are denying the twin racks for the CFT pylons of the F-15E/EX because they simply weren’t functional

Well of course i would want them. Just to have the OPTION to use them. If you want to use the aim-120a then fine, but if others would like to try BVR, the c-5’s would be better. Also any plane compatable with aim-120a’s are certainly compatable with the c-5.
They already confirmed rank 9 next year.

Why not AIM120C-8 for JAS39E ? if not at least AIM120C-5 is okay for atm
