Built and tested apparently. There’s quite a few pictures of it.
From what I’ve gathered its the Block III.
Apparently comes with it does come with the CFT’s, enclosed weapon pods, a touchscreen cockpit although the CFT isn’t being pursued by the USN but is available for exported models.

I’m genuinely baffled this thing is real. I know the Block III Super Hornet’s are real but I didn’t think they had CFT’s and the EWP.

On top are just standard CFT’s. The pod underneath is the weapons pod.

Oh alright that makes sense, I knew it was too weird to be true. Still, even that is quite unexpected, these types of projects are usually cancelled or sum (silent eagle for example).
What rcs does the superhornet get with those fitted and no external stores?
Yeah it looks like the current Block III have done away with the internal IRST and the CFT’s aren’t going to be used by the USN but kept the cockpit and engine upgrade. But apparently the CFT’s can still be used and are available to buy for export partners.
No clue. I can’t find any specifics on the RCS, just that the Block III and Advanced Super Hornet has/had a reduced RCS.

Because after the "seeker range reduction ro 4km) it just feels like trash, you are lucky now if you hit something at 8km

For your information the J-16 is derived from the MKK series. And while it is indeed more unique, it’s also the most modern 4.5th gen fighter that China can offer, so I’d say it’s best to keep it for later.
There’s plenty others options before that
