Hey. The drop tank one was a misunderstanding and the image was missed. This has been forwarded.

The radar report needs 2 agreeing secondary sources to confirm the designation and the radar. Since they are external sources.

" In order to shorten the terms of the contract, the parties came to an agreement on the phased modernization of the supplied aircraft to the MiG-29SD level: serial MiG-29s with a minimum amount of improvements were sent from Russia (new communications and navigation equipment and underwing PTB were installed), and already in Malaysia with the participation of Russian Their specialists were supposed to be equipped with a refueling system, a more efficient radar system, new air-to-air missiles, etc. The first MiG-29s arrived in Malaysia in April 1995, and the last car was equipped with- It was released on June 5 of the same year. The fighters were transported on AN-124 Ruslan cargo planes, and the 17th and 19th Squadrons of the Malaysian Air Force were formed from 18 migs, which were named Миг-29Н (MiG-29N) and Миг-29НУБ (MiG-29NUB)."

The N version was called just the basic Mig-29, which had not yet been brought up to the SD level.
But after the improvements, they became SD, if it is version H in the game, then there can be no new radar on it, and RVV-AE missiles were not installed in principle.

Malaysia
In 1998, 18 MiG-29SE and MiG-29UB were delivered to Malaysia, concentrated in the 17th and 19th Air Force squadrons. Their intensive operation has made it possible to identify strengths and weaknesses. In particular, many reports noted good corrosion protection of airframe elements, which is important in humid and hot climates. On the other hand, the radar parameters left much to be desired. Considering this, as well as the customer’s desire to increase the range and duration of the flight,- Aircraft modernization was underway. In particular, a new radar and an in-flight refueling device were installed, which is compatible with American equipment. The option of retrofitting the aircraft with RVV-AE missiles was also considered, but it was never implemented.

In the 1990s, Pavel Vlasov, a test pilot at RAC MiG, trained Malaysian pilots in in-flight refueling techniques from a KS-130 tanker. Moreover, the training took place on single
-seat cars on the principle of “do as I do”. The modified vehicles received both the MiG-29SD designation."

They WILL have them in 2031 if everything goes right…

All the current info is avaliable in the news.

they said it starts after the update and since dev is until the 15th good bet update will be 22nd

If even at this rate…

No, but getting a TT hawk would be welcome as a foldered vehicle. Not as a main addition, since it wouldn’t change much, but adding it as an extra since it’s not much work (a skin only), would be rather nice.

Two independent sources saying that it was on version N that there were no new radars.

updating dev

Wish we could get some lower tier CAS where we still lack, still wondering where the OV-10 is or Super Tacano (as hard as it would be to balance)
